The Quad
The Quad is a 265,000 SF mixed-use student housing and retail project in North City.
The development was completed in phases over 2014-2015 and consists of 886 student housing beds, and 24,000 square feet of ground floor retail/commercial space.
The ground floor retail consists of a mix of restaurants as well as co-working space - including the home of the local Chamber of Commerce and various small start-up companies, and utilization by CSUSM students and staff.
