Block C Apartments
Block C is a 270,000 SF mixed-use project located at the center of North City.
The project includes 263 urban style apartments and townhomes and 10,000 SF of ground floor retail along a Public Plaza.
Completed in 2016, Block C was the first mixed-use market rate housing project to offer an urban lifestyle experience for North County inland residents.
The ground floor retail spaces face North City Drive, the “main street” of North City, with an abundance of stores, restaurants, and entertainment. Block C’s front yard encompasses North City Plaza which includes shaded outdoor dining spaces, public art and an event lawn.
